QUESTIONS

We won't have covered everything here, but we are a friendly bunch here at Divine Candles HQ, so please contact us for anything else you need to know.

  • WHATS YOUR RETURNS POLICY
    Please contact us within 14 days if there is an issue with your product. For all instances, products must be returned in the same condition as they were dispatched. If your items are not in like new condition, we reserve the right to partially refund. We will not accept any products that have been used. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate any refund if it appears that your candle has not been burnt correctly in line with our candle care instructions. We strongly advise that these are read upon purchasing to ensure the best possible burning experience. We do not take responsibility for return postage costs, and initial postage costs will not be refunded. Please give us the chance to rectify any issues that you may have.   • DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
    A great way to give a gift when you can’t decide on what fragrance to buy, or whether a person would prefer candles, melts, diffusers, and accessories. We offer e-Gift cards in values of £5, 10, £25, £50, and £100. They are easy to order and will be sent electronically to your email of choice on checkout.
  • WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
    We like to offer as many options as possible so through our online payment provider, STRIPE, we currently accept the following: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and Dinners Club. We also accept: Apple Pay, PayPal and Divine Candles Gift Card
  • HOW DO I CHOOSE?
    If you can’t decide which of our gorgeous hand poured fragrances you would like, why not choose a Pick ‘n’ Mix. Choose 4, 6, 8 or 10 fragrances (or as many as you wish). We will pop them in the post, and you get a chance to decide on your favourite.
  • CAN MY ORDER BE SENT AS A GIFT?
    Absolutely! All you need to do is to let us know when you order and we can arrange this for you. We will also include a note if you'd like and we never send parcels out with financial information in them.
  • HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
    We currently only deliver in the UK. Delivery to the UK starts from just £2 and is calculated on the contents of your basket. We also offer delivery upgrades and free standard shipping with the UK when you spend over £50 online.
  • CAN YOU PROVIDE CANDLES FOR EVENTS OR CORPORATE GIFTING?
    We are always happy to discuss bulk orders for weddings, corporate events or gifts. We are able to offer personalised branding on our products in some instances and dependent on order size.
